Harold Nuttall, 90, of the Rouse Home and formerly of Sugar Grove, passed away Monday morning, January 8, 2018 at Warren General Hospital.

He was born November 3, 1927, a son to the late Donald and Irene (Seamans) Nuttall. Harold was a 1946  graduate of Sugar Grove High School and served in the US Army from 1951-1953 in Germany. He worked at Crescent Tool Company for 26 years transferring to Cummins Engine where he retired after 14 years. Harold attended the Stilson Hill Community Church and enjoyed hunting, gardening and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.

Harold is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Betty Lou (Nelson) Nuttall, of the Rouse Suites in Youngsville, whom he married August 19, 1950 in Jamestown, NY. He is also survived by his children, David Nuttall of Ripley, NY, John (Beth) Nuttall of Warren, PA and Rob (Lynda) Nuttall of Sugar Grove, PA; his grandsons, Allen, Andy, Dustin, Hunter and Bob; a brother, Don (Betty) Nuttall and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to call Wednesday, January 10, from 4:00-6:00pm at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 North Main Street, Youngsville, PA 16371 and on Thursday, January 11, from 10:00-11:00am at which time a funeral service will be held there. Burial will take place in the Stilson Hill Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Friends of the Rouse Home, 701 Rouse Avenue, Youngsville, PA 16371 or to a charity of choice.

I am so sorry for your loss ! Harold was a nice man I will miss chating with him ! We talked daily he especially enjoyed talking with me about Craig and hunting! He will be missed just know you all are in my thoughts and prayers

Our family sends condolences and sympathy to your family. We were connected when Jeremiah R. Nuttall married Ann Kay on Stilson Hill in 1864.

Dearest Betty, I was so sorry to hear about Harold's passing but I know the blessing of knowing that your Loved ones with the LORD. May the Lord bless you and keep you in His Love and Grace. I am sorry that I will not be able to make it. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Harold was a very sweet man. He will be missed. I took care of him at The Rouse Home and I would like to say that all of us 1st shift workers on Palm Blvd(100 hall) are going to miss having him around. He always knew how to keep us on our toes and put a smile on our faces.
