Terry D. Morrison, 70, of 21 Third St., Tidioute, passed away July 16, 2015 at the Warren Manor.

Terry was born November 25, 1944 in Warren, Pa., a son of the late Carl and Thelma Downey Morrison. He worked for 24 years as a truck driver for Endeavor Trucking Co. and also for Stec Lumber and Heenan Trucking.  He also drove semi-trucks for Indy Car Racing for a period of time. Terry was an avid trap shooter and belonged to the Tidioute Bucktails Gun Club and the Brokenstraw Fish & Game Club. He also was a member of the Stillwater Lodge F&AM 547 in Youngsville, the Warren Co. Shrine Club, a member and driver for the Zem Zem Hornet’s, the Tidioute Vol. Fire Dept., the Youngsville American Legion, and the Tidioute VFW. He served on Tidioute Borough Council and as a Forest Fire Warden for a period of Time.  He enjoyed spending time with his family and many friends.

Terry is survived by his brother Richard Morrison of Tidioute, 2 nieces, Britta (Marty) Morrison Nerber of Clay N.Y., Tammy (Greg) Morrison Parker of Fort worth, TX, 5 great nephews 3 great nieces, 2 great nieces and several cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Gloria Morrison.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday August 2nd  at the Tidioute Presbyterian Church.  Lay minister Peggy Teconchuk will officiate.  Burial will be in the Tidioute Cemetery.

With Terry’s love for the Shriner’s, the family suggests that in lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Shriners Hospital in Erie, 1645 West 8th St. Erie, Pa. 16505.  The Nelson Funeral Home in Youngsville has been entrusted with all arrangements.  Condolences to the family may be made at www.nelsonfuneralhome.net.
