We will certainly miss Albert. As we sit on our back patio or porch, we will miss seeing him out in the back 40, mowing or weeding, etc.

We will miss him stopping in to reminisce about his trips to Italy and staying with the nuns; past weekly summer trips to Chautauqua that he dearly enjoyed. Not to mention how mowing had become his summer Albatross. We also enjoyed his worldly outlook on life & how Steve’s family was so important to him.

If he hadn’t seen Logan recently he would inquire about him – they had mutually became great buddies. He will be deeply missed by all his neighbors, which he graciously supported.

Albert will be missed in all the hair beauty business. I had my hair business next to him in the old Youngsville building years ago. We shared our work when on vacations. Albert was the pinnacle of beauticians for many years in our area.

To the Gentile family,

Alberto was so loved by everyone in my family! His courage, wit, talents and shining presence will be missed by all of us... The love he shared with my Luvison grandparents and my mom was deep and comforting. Our shared Italian-American experience was such a strong and meaningful bond. He was "familia" to me:-)

We met in the 1970s in New York when I was cabin crew with British Airways. We remained friends ever since. I realised something was wrong when his Christmas letter failed to arrive. I will miss you Al and will light a candle for you.

I first became friends with Albert in the 1970s, and was sad to learn of his passing today. I was spurred to do an internet search after failing to hear from him over the holidays this year. I will continue to think of him each time I attend the opera, dig in my garden, and when I am stuck on a crossword puzzle clue. I will miss him.
