Maryetta L. Taylor, 62, of Dalton, GA and formerly of Youngsville, passed away unexpectedly Monday July 6, 2020 in Vernal, Utah.

She was born July 15, 1957 in Jamestown, NY, a daughter to the late William Couse and Marjorie Larson, who survives her.  She had attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Warren.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Daniel Taylor, her children, Jenifer and Bill Burrows, Brian and Anna Marshall, Miranda and Kyle Henry and Adrienne and Cody Cook, grandchildren, Johnathan Burrows and Kylee Edminston, Allyson Henry, Mason Henry, Victoria Henry, Katelynn Henry, Carter Cook, Lillyannah Henry, Hunter Cook, 2 sisters, Eva Alexander and Debra Blum, and a sister in law, Sonja Couse, her faithful companion Abby, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Maryetta was preceded in death by her step father Eric Larson, a sister, Delora Colucci and 2 brothers, Lavernand Clarence Couse.

Friends and family are invited to call on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at the Nelson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 314 N. Main St., in Youngsville, from 2-4 pm at which time a private service will be held for her children and grandchildren.

The family strongly suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Youngsville Marching Band at 227 College St. or to the Youngsville Vol. Fire Dept. 29 Fireman St. both in Youngsville, PA 16371. Condolences to the family may be made at

Dear family of Mary

I was a friend of Mary's in Dalton Ga. we worked together and remained friends afterwards. Mary was a very generous person and always there when I needed someone to talk to. I am praying for you all to have comfort in this time. Please know she was loved and will be greatly missed by me.

I just Want to tell all of you how much your Mom, Mary, meant to me, it’s beyond words. She was my very best friend and confidant, and I Have missed her and will miss her dearly.
I also want to thank you all for making my visit to the funeral home so easy, you are all a great bunch.
If you need me for anything, a friend or mom please know I am here for you.
