Brian A. Scharrer, 31, of Corry, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday September 29, 2020 at the Corry Memorial Hospital.

He was born April 2, 1989 to Rhonda Hebner Scharrer of Warren, and the late Kenneth Scharrer.  Brian had worked as a quality inspector at EnTech Plastics and Construction. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his daughter Brylee, who he loved making memories with. He enjoyed writing rap lyrics, hunting and having shiny rims and clean tires.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Carley Simmons Scharrer, his daughter Brylee, a brother, Brandon (Meghan) Dean and a sister, Erin (Jason) Paden, both of Titusville, his maternal grandfather, LeRoy “Jack” Scharrer, 5 nieces, Addison, Kaylynn, Leah, Kensie and Hailey and a nephew Cody.

In addition to his father, Brian was preceded in death by a sister, Jessica Dean, a brother Derrick Dean, 2 cousins, Daniel Smith and Keith Scharrer.

Friends and family are invited to call on Friday from 4-7 pm at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 North Main St, Youngsville.  A funeral Service will be held there on Saturday at 11 am. Due to CDC Covid restrictions, masks will be required.

The family suggests memorial donations may be made in care of the family to the funeral home, to help defray funeral expenses. Condolences may be made at http://www.nelsonfuneralhome.net/.

Wow. I just heard this sad sad news and my heart is very heavy and hurting! Brian's family and our family have been close for so long to see them ensure another loss too soon just kills my heart for them. Brian always had a smile and stayed positive no matter what he was going through. Always made ya laugh and smile. And hell already escaped death one when the car accident happened. He is in a better place now. No more hell. Happy again. Prayers for Rhonda and Brylee and the family. If y'all need ANYTHING get ahold of me. RIP BRI!! FLY HIGH MAN!

I am so sad to hear this. Brian was a friend to my brother and I back in high school. He had already been through so much back then. I'm just sorry to hear this for his family. Especially his little one. I'm just so very sorry...all those broken hearts. My sincerest condolences to his grieving family in this somber moment. He was a good person to me, I won't forget that. So sad and unfair. Cannot say sorry enough.

I just heard about Brian last night. I’m so sorry Rhonda, Brandon and Erin. I’m completely heartbroken I missed everything. No matter what things have happened between any of us You all have been a second family to me. Brian was a brother through and through. And it kills me to find out like this. My condolences to the whole family. Brian had his faults but no mAtter what if I needed him or he needed me whether we didn’t talk for a year we’d still be there for each other. One kind hearted person who would drop everything to be there. I’m so sorry i wasn’t there for him the past year. We spent a lot of time together last year just keeping each other moving through the days. I’m gonna miss talking to him hanging out and laughing about life. The good the bad the ugly. That was my brother. And I’ll miss the hell out of him. I’ll always love you guys. Been there for me since day one. And mama I can’t even imagine what your going through just know your in my thoughts and I wish I could tAke some of your pain away. Love you guys and again I’m sorry for not attending I really had no idea. As Brian and I would always say before we left each other CYA LOVE YA BYE!
