She was a hard worker, holding many jobs with her most recent employer Blair. She has been a long time member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She lived life to the fullest when she could. She looked forward to nights out, bingo, dancing, and being the life of the party! She was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and rarely missed watching a game. She enjoyed watching birds come to her feeders, gardening, her plants, and her fish. Oh, we can’t forget one her favorite hobbies, “needing things from the store.” LOL! AmyJo enjoyed getting visitors and people calling her, everyone knows she was a talker! She was such a kind and thoughtful person, striving to help others and make them happy. She was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, and friend and will be remembered a being kind, happy, strong, and caring.

AmyJo is the daughter of Raymond Sr. and Caroline Baker Bower of Youngsville, who survive her. Also surviving are her siblings; Raymond(Marie)Bower Jr of Texas, Diane Bower of Youngsville, and Ralph(Nancy)Bower of Pittsburgh. AmyJo also leaves behind three pretty amazing children (thanks to her!). Virgil Birchard Jr. of Grand Valley, Brandon(Meghan)Morrison of Warren, and Benjamin Birchard of Erie, all who thought the world of their caring mother.
