Ben Willis Caulder, 71, of Warren, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at UPMC Hamot Medical Center in Erie.

He was born in Elizabethtown, NC on October 16, 1953, a son to the late Edwin and Anna (Howell) Caulder Sr. Ben was a US Army Veteran who served 2 tours during Vietnam. He drove truck most of his life and enjoyed hunting and bowling.

He is survived by his companion, Margery Peters and her children, Jodi Harkins and Joshua Sutton, that he thought of as his own. He is also survived by his daughter, Brandi; 3 sons; his sister, Emma Denson and his brother, Forrest Caulder, both of Franklin, VA.

In addition to his parents, Ben was preceded in death by his brother, Edwin Caulder Jr.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd at the Youngsville Cemetery at 1pm with Rev. Nancy Schwanke, pastor of the Interfaith Chapel, officiating. Full military honors will be provided by the Youngsville American Legion Honor Guard.
