Betty M. Jenkins

Betty M. Jenkins, 88 of Sugar Grove, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at her residence.

Betty was born on April 25, 1935 in Johnsonburg, PA. She had worked at Sylvania in her early years. She then went on to be a homemaker for her sons. She was a talented seamstress and ejoyed gardening and her flower gardens.

She is survived by her husband, Carlton Jenkins, whom she married September 10, 1955; her sons, Martin Jenkins of Rock Hill, NC, Darryl Jenkins of Pittsfield and Kevin (Nancy) Jenkins of Titusville; 10 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 8 siblings.

A private burial will be held at the Newton Cemetery in Emporium, PA at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests memorial donations be made to a charity of choice.
