Betty J. Zaffino, 78, of Youngsville, PA, passed away on October 8, 2025 at the Rouse Warren County Home.

She was born in Brookville, PA on June 19, 1947, a daughter to the late F.C. “Poss” and Jennie E. (Simpson) Haun. Betty worked at Blair for many years. She enjoyed crafting, yard sales, cooking, and attending sporting events. Her grandchildren meant the world to her and she loved spending time with them.

Betty is survived by her children, Joella Zaffino of Youngsville and Kevin Zaffino and his companion, Jamie Pulliam, of Warren; her siblings, Bill (LeeAnn) Haun of Knox, PA and Nancy (Paul) Kriebel of Sligo, PA; her grandchildren, Morgan Zaffino, Jena Wilson, Conner Zaffino, Jacob Zaffino and Kobe Zaffino as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Bruno Zaffino; her baby brother, Randy Haun and her sister in law, Merrilyn Haun.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, October 12th from 2-4pm at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main St, Youngsville, PA 16371. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 13th at 11am at St. Luke’s Roman Catholic Church, 420 N. Main St., Youngsville, PA 16371, with the Rev. Fr. Richard Tomasone, pastor, officiating. Burial will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery in Warren.
