Carol L. (Nelson) Burnett

Carol Louise Burnett, 88, of Pittsfield, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 10, 2023 at the Rouse Warren Co. Home.

Carol was born October 8, 1934 in Warren, to the late Ernest and Mable (Sweeting) Nelson. She was employed at Blair / New Process Co. for many years before retiring from there.

She is survived by her children, Jim (Christy) Burnett of Pittsfield and Dorothy (Rick) Wilson of Springfield, PA,  as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Linda Jean Burnett on January 22, 2023 and Debra Burnett in 2017; her companion, Elliston Snyder; her brothers, Doug, Raymond, Burdette and Roger and her sisters, Neva and Ruth.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

The family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Friends of the Rouse, 701 Rouse Ave, Youngsville, PA 16371 or to Hospice of Warren Co. 1 Main St, Warren PA 16365.
