Caroline A. (Urbanik) Johnson

Caroline A. Johnson, 75, of Youngsville, PA, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at the Rouse Home.

She was born in Warren on March 24, 1949, a daughter to the late Joseph and Stella (Mikuc) Urbanik. Caroline was the co-owner/operator of Bob’s Garage and Johnson Transportation with her husband, John, for many years. She also drove school bus for their company for 57 years. They spent many hours maintaining family owned business’ that they took much pride in. She enjoyed spending her time crocheting, baking, mowing the lawn, side by side rides with “her John” but most of all, she loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed monthly breakfast dates with her 1967 girls.

Caroline is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, John Johnson, who she married on November 22, 1967 in Cumberland, MD; her children, Tracy (Jasper) Merenick of Troutman, NC, Connie Johnson of Youngsville and John R. (Tammy) Johnson of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Brittni (Alex), McKenzie (Dakota), Kadee, Jake, Jayda (Brian), Jesse (Colleen), Jerica, Cody, Nick (Vanessa), Chelsey (Mike), Allyson and Madilynn; her great-grandchildren, Mikey, Joey, Jack, Vaida, Nash and Margo; her sisters, Patricia Stanton of Youngsville and Julie (Ted) Taydus of Cary, NC as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Caroline was preceded in death by her siblings, Bill Urbanik and Nancy Tracy and her grandson, Logan.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at the Youngsville Free Methodist Church, 179 Davis Street, Youngsville, PA 16371, from 2-4pm at which time a memorial service will be held there with the Rev. Rick Hamrick, pastor, officiating.
