Clarence R. Rarey

Clarence R. Rarey, 76, of Warren PA, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at the Warren Manor.

He was born December 14, 1946, in Warren, PA, the son of the late Clarence W Rarey and Laura Hansen Rarey.  He is survived by his wife Elaine (Smith) Rarey, whom he married July 1, 1967, in Panama, NY   

Clarence attended Warren High School in Warren, PA. Clarence enjoyed his old cars, guns,    and attending auctions. He was an avid deer hunter, loved the outdoors, and working in his library(the shed).   

Clarence worked several place before starting Rarey's Auto Service, where his son, Todd  became partners with him.   
In addition to his wife Elaine, of 56 years, he is survived by a son, Todd (Jennifer) Rarey, of Warren, PA.  His granddaughter, Emma Rarey, of Warren, PA.  By a sister, Bonnie Stuart, of Warren, PA  He is also survived by a sister-in-law Diane Smith, of Mayville, NY, and many special cousins, nieces and nephews. 

 In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by, a sister-in-law Linda Smith, of Jamestown NY, brother-in-laws Terry Stuart, of Warren PA, and Charles Smith, of Mayville, NY. 

Per Clarence wishes there will be no services observed. Private interment will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of Nelson Funeral Home 314 North Main Street Youngsville, PA 16371
