Colleen A. Gebhart, 84, of Sugar Grove, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at home. 

She was born on April 11, 1940, to the late Archie and Doris Brant, in Kennedy, New York. Colleen loved animals, especially her parakeets and cockatiels.  She was a member of the Stateline draft horse club attending multiple fairs and enjoyed camping. For many years was a dog groomer. Colleen will be missed by all that knew and loved her. 

Surviving are her children Michelle “Shelly” Curtis-Bowden, Marcia Dunham, Robert E. Dunham III, Myla Coleson, and Dwayne Gebhart; siblings Derry Brant and Debbie Green; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lewis J. " Louie" Gebhart, a sister Paula Brant Price, a brother Doug Brant, and a daughter Melanie Miller. 

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
