David A. Parker Obituary

David A. Parker, 78, of Pittsfield, PA, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie, PA.


He was born on July 24, 1945, a son to the late Russell and Ethel (McCullough) Parker. David worked for PennDot his entire life until retirement. He enjoyed fishing and traveling. Earlier in life, he belonged to the Brokenstraw Fish & Game Club where he was a member of the trap team. He was also a faithful member of the Midway Missionary Alliance Church in Spartansburg, PA.


He is survived by his brother, Tallant (Nancy) Parker and their son, Chad Parker, both of Huntsville, Arkansas.


In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Wentworth.


A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 22 at 10am at Midway Missionary Alliance Church, 6330 Oil Creek Road, Spartansburg, PA 16434. A private burial will take place in the Garland Presbyterian Cemetery.


Memorial donations may be made to the Midway Missionary Alliance Church.
