Donna M. Moore, 56, of Youngsville, PA, passed away on November 5, 2024 at the John & Orpha Blair Hospice House after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on August 13, 1968, a daughter to the late Shirley (Osborne) Shinn and Donald Shinn who survives her of Pittsfield. She worked at Blair for many years and was a member of the Youngsville American Legion Auxiliary. Donna enjoyed spending time with family and friends but especially loved being with her grandson.

In addition to her father, Donna is survived by her step-mother, Barbara Shinn of Pittsfield; her son, William Moore Jr.; her siblings, Donald Shinn Jr. of Youngsville, Rhonda Wolfe of Clarendon, Sheila Pierson of Jamestown, Pam Seybert and her companion, Rod Tomasone, of Warren and Paula (Mike) Melquist of Pittsfield; her grandson, Hansen Moore; her best friend, Randy Wertz as well as several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 16th at 11am at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main Street, Youngsville, PA 16371. Rev. Jeff Canter, pastor of the Otterbein Global Methodist Church, will officiate. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Youngsville American Legion, 10 N Main St, Youngsville, PA 16371 at 12:30pm.
