Doris A. Labowski, 77, of Sugar Grove, passed away on, Monday, February 6, 2023 at the Corry Manor after a short illness.

She was born May 30, 1945 in Youngsville, to the late Jack and Mary Fill. Doris worked as a secretary most of her life, working at the Penn State Extension Office, St. Luke’s. R.C. Church in Youngsville and most recently at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church in Warren. She enjoy volunteering at the Warren Co. Fair, 4-H, the Penn State Extension Office, also traveling and fishing. Doris was a lover of all animals and so enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and touched the hearts of many that knew her.

Doris is survived by her loving husband, Howard Labowski; her son, Bryan (Nicole) Labowski of Sugar Grove; a brother, John (Monica) Fill of Fairview; 2 grandchildren, Gavin and Chloe Labowski and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Edward and Joseph Fill.

Friends and family may call on Friday, February 10th from 4-7pm at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services 314 Noth main St. in Youngsville.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10am at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church in Warren with the Rev Fr. Richard Tomasone, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s R.C. Cemetery.
