Eva (Schultz) Luvison Obituary

Eva Luvison, age 96, passed away Friday, December 20, 2024, at her home in Sugar Grove. Eva was born July 18th, 1928, in Kennerdell, PA, daughter of the late Clarence and Clara Oliphant Schultz.


Eva’s greatest enjoyment was spending time with her loving husband of 63 years, Norge, her sons, and their families. She enjoyed traveling, golf, gardening, cooking, reading and most of all her time with grandchildren and great grandchildren. She worked for many years as a Switchboard Operator for the Bell Telephone Company in Warren where she also developed lifelong friendships. Eva and Norge were members of St. Lukes Catholic Church in Youngsville.


She is preceded in death by her husband Norge, their infant daughter, Lisa Marie: a sister, Eleanor Deemer, brothers Virgil, Everett, Leonard and Earl, and daughter-in-Law, Nyla Jean. 


Surviving  Eva are her three sons, Roger and spouse Mary Pat (Ocala, FL), Michael and fiancée Rhonda Crippen (Sugar Grove, PA), Thomas and spouse Letitia (Lewisberry, PA); seven grandchildren, Jennifer Rollo (Jeff), Kyle Luvison (Samantha), Alyssa Mahaffey (Sean), Amanda Sanden (Riley), Chad Luvison (Anna), Emily Luvison (Hassan) and Sara Luvison (Seth); ten great-grandchildren; Kyla, Caden, Kennedy, Reagan, Grant, Nyla, River, Ridge, Liam and Noa; and several nieces and nephews.


A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 11am at St. Luke's RC Church, 420 N Main Street, Youngsville, PA 16371, with the Rev. Fr. Rick Tomasone, pastor, officiating.


Eva’s family respectfully requests that memorial contributions be made in her name to the Friends of the Rouse, 701 Rouse Ave, Youngsville, PA 16371 or Hospice of Warren County, 1 Main Ave, Warren, PA 16365.
