Ezmerae Iza Hannah

Ezmerae Iza Hannah, 2, passed away from Non- Ketotic Hyperglycinemia on Sunday November 19, 2023 surrounded by her family.

She was born on September 10, 2021 in Erie. Ezmerae loved watching lights and hearing her Poppy and RaeRae’s voice, which always put a smile on her face.

Surviving her and loving her, are her parents, Amber Graves Hannah and Mike Hannah and bonus mom, Caryn Hannah, a sister, Ohana Hannah, a bonus brother, Paul Rodgers, her grandparents, Jamie (Tanya) Graves and Cindy Hannah and Earl Hannah, her Aunts, Marie (John) Irvine and Chloe Graves, her Uncle, Marcus Hannah and her cousins, Aubree, Junior and Charlotte.

Friends and family are invited to call on Tuesday, November 21, from 4-6pm at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main St., Youngsville, PA 16371, and also for 1 hour prior to an 11am funeral service on Wednesday with the Rev. Steve Plyer, officiating. The family suggests wearing bright clothing in honor of Ezmerae.
