Frank A. Tittio, 97, of Irvine, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024.
Frank was born on February 12, 1927, in Emporium, PA, to the late Joe and Jennie (Gennocro) Tittio. After school, he served in the United States Army during World War II, being stationed in Alaska. Following the service, he had many fond endeavors. He was a jack of all trades, helping anyone that needed help. He was a member of the Youngsville American Legion #658 and the Knights of Columbus.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Frances Skelly and his brother Joe Temple; also two grand nephews.
Frank is survived by his nieces and nephews, Larry (Robin) Skelly, Linda Skelly, Ron Skelly, Kathy Aloiz, Steve (Judy) Temple, Doug (Peggy) Temple and James Temple as well as several grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 from 5pm to 7pm at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main St. Youngsville, PA, 16371, and also on Wednesday, for one hour prior to an 11am funeral Mass at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, 410 N. Main St., Youngsville, PA, with Fr. Richard Tomasone, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Warren.
Memorial donations may be made to the Blue Star Mothers of Kinzua, PO Box 324, Warren, PA 16365, to support local veterans and military personnel, the Youngsville American Legion Post #658, 10 N. Main Street, Youngsville, PA 16371 or to the Knights of Columbus.
