James E. McMahon Obituary

James E. McMahon, 69, of Youngsville, formerly of Kane, passed away December 21, 2025 at his residence.


He was born December 13, 1956 in Bradford to the late Paul and Mary (Romagino) McMahon. Jim worked as a crane operator in the steel industry for many years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, working on vehicles and spending time with his family and friends.


Jim is survived by his wife, Eva (VanTassel )McMahon, his children, James “Punky” McMahon, Michael, (Deb) McMahon, Paul McMahon, Dusti (Alex) Clark, Shawn Robinson, Joseph Snyder, Janelle Jones and Nadean Jones, his siblings, Geno (Heidi Campbell) McMahon, Joe (Mary) McMahon, Deb McMahon and Dorothy Hallock and several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Rose and a brother, Paul.


Friends and family were received on Saturday January 17th at the Cummings Funeral Home in Kane from 2-4pm.  Burial was private in the St. Callistus R.C. Cemetery.
