Jesse Wade Henry, 75, of Youngsville, PA., passed away Sunday, May 5, 2024, at Hamot Hospital in Erie.
Jesse was born in September of 1948 to the late Wade and Josephine Micklish Henry. He served in the Vietnam War and was awarded a Purple Heart for his heroism. After the service, Jesse owned and operated a roofing business. He was an active member at the Youngsville American Legion. Jesse enjoyed his time with his friends, his horses, his little dog “Charlie”, and driving in the country and dining out.
He is survived by his sister Lynnea Hebner of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, preceding Jesse in death are his brothers Wade Henry Jr., and Frank Henry.
Full Military Honors will be observed on Saturday May 25th at 11AM at the Youngsville American Legion with a light lunch to follow. Members of the Legion Honor Guard will be preforming all honors.
