Karen A. (Graham) Rex

Karen A. Rex, 65, of Grand Valley, PA, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca, PA.

She was born in Warren on September 2, 1960, a daughter to the late Robert L. Graham and Phyllis A. (VanGuilder) Graham who survives her, of Titusville. Karen served in the US Air Force from 1978-1980 and drove bus for many years. She was a member of the Grand Valley United Methodist Church for most of her life and was very involved with the activities and Sunday School there. She enjoyed gardening and all of her flowers. Karen’s life revolved around her grandchildren; they were her pride and joy.  She always attended their sporting events and spoiled them with love.

She is also survived by her loving husband, David Rex; her daughters, JoLee Wencil of Hydetown, PA and her daughters, Mya, Jayda and Audrey Wencil and Sara (Patrick) Conklin of N. Salt Lake, UT and their daughters, Rexie, Regina and Freya Conklin; her brothers, Robert (Lori) Graham Jr. of Pittsfield and David (Romy) Graham of Spokane, WA, as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, Karen was preceded in death by her son, Lucas Rex and her brother, Stanley Graham.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
