Kenneth E Jones

Kenneth E. Jones, 82, of Youngsville, PA, passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Warren General Hospital.

He was born in Baltimore, MD, on June 15, 1943, to the late Alvin Leroy and Ida Elizabeth (Kerns) Jones. Ken had worked as a painter for many years and enjoyed hunting and woodworking. He filled his days watching deer and nature in his back yard.  He was also a avid  Baltimore Orioles and Ravens fan.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra (Trask) Jones who he married on May 14, 1977 in Grand Valley; his children, Kerri (Carl) Johnson of Baltimore, MD, Melissa (Nick) Earp of Union Bridge, MD, his siblings, Alvin (Blanca) Jones of Havre De Grace, MD, Bryan (Elaine) Jones of Parsonsburg, MD, Richard Jones of Baltimore, MD, a sister-in-law, Mary Lou Jones, a granddaughter, Kaela Eryn Johnson and many nieces and nephews.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John Jones.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 11AM at the New Life Church, 18 2nd Street, Youngsville, PA 16371, with the Rev. Jeff Canter, pastor, officiating.

The family suggests memorial donations may be made to the Audubon Society of Jamestown, 1600 Riverside Rd. Jamestown, NY 14701 or to any wildlife organization of your choice in Ken’s name.
