Kevin Hannah, 68, of Ebensburg, PA., formerly of Tidioute, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022.
Kevin was born on March 19, 1954 in Warren, PA., to the late Clyde and Bernice Hannah. Raised in Tidioute, Kevin enjoyed his time there with his family. Amongst the many memories his family has is one in-particular, in which at a very young age, Kevin went missing for 3 hours and was ultimately found safe and sound by Milton Check and Homer Miller. During this incident, school was let out and the older children and teachers helped search for him. After all these years, the family still wants to thank the Tidioute Vol. Fire Dept. and the community for their search for young Kevin.
He is survived by his siblings, Craig Hannah, Sherry Check, Edie (Ralph) McChesney, Pat Eastman, Toni (Bruce) Bean, Nancy (Harry) Sheckler, Bonnie McCune; his brother-in-law, Bob Morrison and his sister-in-law, Karen Hannah.
In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael Hannah and Shannon Hannah; his sister, Sandra Morrison; his sister-in-law, Esther Hannah; his brothers-in-law Milton Check, Clifford Eastman and Arthur McCune; his nieces Jacqueline Check and Rebbeca Hannah Meyerink and a nephew Bruce Michael Bean.
A memorial service will be held at the Torpedo Community Church, Rt. 27, Torpedo, on July 28, 2022 at 2:00pm.
The Nelson Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 314 North Main St., Youngsville, PA, have been entrusted with all arrangements. Condolences to the family may be made at www.nelsonfuneralhome.net.
