Lyndsay Jean Sundholm Kirby, also known lovingly as “Sunny”, 37, of Warren, passed away Sunday August 28, 2022 at her residence surrounded by her family, after a courageous battle with breast cancer.
Lyndsay was born December 31, 1984 in Jamestown, NY, to Nancy Christie Sundholm and the late Jon Sundholm. She attended Eisenhower High School and graduated from Warren Area High School in 2003. Lyndsay was an artist at heart and made a living through her work as a freelance writer/editor, photographer, and jewelry maker at her business, Wickhaven Hollow. In addition to these professions she was a musician, poet, and artist in many different mediums. Lyndsay also homeschooled her 3 children and shined her “warm sunshine kinda love” on every person she encountered and impacted every life she touched in such a positive way. Lyndsay was an inspiration to countless people all over the world by sharing her endless wisdom, generosity, and light.
Lyndsay is survived by her mother, Nancy Christie Sundholm, her husband, Ralph Walter Kirby III, her 3 children, Willow Jade, Lyra Faith, and Arrietty Jean Kirby; her siblings, Christie Haynes, Adam Sundholm, Andrea Reeves and Samantha Haynes. Additionally, she is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on September 11th, 2022 at the Eagles Club in Warren, PA between the hours of 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
