Marianne Schnell, 87, of Jamestown, NY., passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023, at UPMC Chautauqua, in Jamestown, NY.
She was Born to the late Lawrence and Jean Tribby on February 5, 1936 in Youngstown, OH. Marianne is survived by her husband Victor Schnell whom she married September 10, 1981 in Youngsville, her children, Rick (Judy) Slagle of Georgia, Jill (Dale) Waters of Oregon, Alyson (Larry) Stoddard of Youngsville; step-children Rick (Jill) Schnell of Virginia, Lee Ann Lape of Texas, and Linda (Rodney) Blume of Virginia; grandchildren Trib, Amie, Chris, Nick, Andrea, Dru, Dane, Matthew, Travis, Angela, Cain, Melissa, Allison, and Zac; and many great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Archie Hennon.
Marianne worked for many years as a nurse at the National Forge in Irvine, PA. and was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Youngsville. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Per the families request, services will be held at a later date, which will be announced. Burial will be in the Warren County Memorial Park, Warren, PA..
