Rachael A. (Fehlman) Cressley

Rachael A. Cressley, 90, of Pittsfield, Pa, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022 at Corry Memorial Hospital.

She was born on November 7, 1932, in Pittsfield, Pa, a daughter to the late Philip and Clara (Wedlock) Fehlman. She graduated in the Class of 1950 from Youngsville High School and worked in the shipping department at Sylvania for 34 years. Rachael was a member of the Youngsville American Legion Auxiliary, Youngsville Ladies Bowling League and the Quarter Century Club. She always enjoyed playing cards and going to the Casino.

Rachael is survived by her children, Willard “Rocky” Fehlman of Sugar Grove, Jerry (Louann) Cressley Sr. of Pittsfield and Allen (Stacy) Cressley of Youngsville; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Nathan) Fehlman-Vantassel, Billy Fehlman, Jamie (Jimmy) Widrig, Jerry (Janelle) Cressley Jr., Michael (Jen) Cressley and Cole (Kasaundra) Cressley several great-grandchildren and her sisters, Mary (Russell) Grunden and Philippa Morris.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Cressley Jr.; her sister, Margaret Fedorchuk and a daughter in law, Janice Fehlman.

Family and friends are invited for visitation at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main Street, Youngsville, Pa 16371 on Wednesday, November 30th from 10-11am at which time a funeral will be held there with the Rev. Rick Hamrick, pastor of the Youngsville Free Methodist Church, officiating. A private burial will follow in the Wrightsville Cemetery.
