Robert W. Adams

Robert “Bill” W. Adams, 68, of Warren, PA, passed away on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Warren General Hospital.

He was born in Titusville, PA on February 2, 1955, a son to the late Robert E. Adams and Evelyn R. (McLaughlin) Holmes. He is survived by his step-children, Christine Miko of Timmonsville, SC and John Corbett of Warren PA; his siblings, Wade (Reta) Adams of Tidioute, PA, Annie (Joe) Cerrie of Youngsville, PA and Cindy (Jeff) Blum of Tionesta, PA; his brother-in-law, Basil Huffman of West Hickory, PA; 7 grandchildren; 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Bill worked as a machinist at Rexnord for many years as well as a shift supervisor at Superior Tire. He was a member of the Warren American Legion and the Eagles Club. Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his lifelong companion, Christina “Tina” (Gioia) Corbett; his step-son, Ted Corbett and a sister, Bonnie Huffman.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 16th at the Youngsville Free Methodist Church, 179 Davis St, Youngsville, PA 16371 from 2-4pm at which time a funeral service will be held there with the Rev. Rick Hamrick, pastor, officiating. A private burial will take place in the Swedish Union Cemetery in Tidioute, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Warren General Cancer Care Center, 105 Lee St. Warren, PA 16365.
