Shirley L. (Bair) Gertsch

Shirley Louise (Bair) Gertsch, 81, of Cherry Tree, Pa, passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the Conemaugh Miners Medical Center in Hastings, Pa.

She was born on September 24, 1940 in Indiana, Pa, a daughter to the late Alice Brady & Luther Bair. She worked for many years in Warren, Pa at Comet Market and also Country Market in the butcher dept. She enjoyed tinkering in her garden of flowers.

She is survived by her children, Fredrick L. Gertsch, Ted (Crystal) Gertsch and Candice L. (John) Spear; her grandchildren; her great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy Gertsch; her son, Edward L. Gertsch and many brothers and sisters.

A memorial service will be held and announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main Street, Youngsville, Pa 16371, to help defray funeral expenses.
