Thomas M. Kuzminski, 76, of Irvine, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at Warren General Hospital.
He was born on October 13, 1949 in Warren, a son to the late, Michael J. And Josephine M. (Kushner) Kuzminski. Tom had his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked at several locations through out his life including, Penco, Sylvania and Truck Lite. He was a member of St. Lukes Catholic Church, the Brokenstraw Fish & Game Club and the NRA. He enjoyed sports cars, reloading, trapping and trapshooting.
He is survived by his son, Matthew Kuzminski of Irvine, his siblings, Walter (Gail) Kuzminski of Pittsfield and Theresa (John) Tomlinson of Altoona, PA and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at St. Luke’s Roman Catholic Church, 420 N. Main St, Youngsville, PA 16371, on Thursday, October 30th from 10-11am at which time a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated there with the Rev. Fr. Mark O’Hern, pastor of Holy Redeemer Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Warren.
