Uncle Raymond will be missed greatly. I especially will miss his "bear" hugs when he would come into my office. Please give Aunt Elizabeth my condolences. I will be unable to make the funeral. My boss will be out of town that day and I can not close up the office.
Love, Lanae

Dear family, I am sorry for your loss. I'm sure you will miss him greatly. I am writing this to you, not that I personally knew your Dad, but that my father and he had to have been friends for many years. My father, Melvin Gnage, too served in the US Navy during World War II and retired from the National Forge after 40 years as a lathe operator in the Roughing Department! He died in 2006 at the age of 86. Your father was only one year older. You can imagine they spent many hours together over the years. They were a strong and brave generation, and were surely loved and now missed. Please except my condolences.

As I remember that last fishing trip had Grover fishing Uncle Raymond out of the river! So many stories to tell, Carl and I wish we'd be there to hear them. Our love to you all.

Please except my condolence for the loss of your husband, father, grandfather, etc. I remember how nice he was to me as a kid and i was always pleased when he''d stop to chat along the road.
