Sherry and Family, my sympathies as you all say farewell to a wonderful human being. A wife, mother, sister, friend to may, a teacher, an overall educator and a special, special gift giver of life. May you all hold the fondest memories of Laura as you say your farewells and remember all of the great times she gave to each of you. Losing a loved one such as Laura will be one of the toughest things each of you will ever face, but know that she is standing with the Lord after serving her time here on earth. May you all be touched by the healing hand of Christ as you go through the motions of saying, "until we meet again." May God bless each and every one of you. Sherry, we are all here for you from TRC. Strong bonds formed over the years, and love is here for you.

Laura was a friend and fellow technology education teacher in North Carolina while I taught in Chapel Hill...we share emails and talks about TSA and lesson plans over the years and I followed her career and her rise through her PhD and post secondary teaching and education leadership. She loved teaching and her students, and I know she's now teaching the true technology of heaven to newbees and I look forward to seeing her again....she enriched my life and I'm better for knowing her...I rejoice as she returns to her heavenly home!

My heartfelt condolence to the Family and friends. I am so sorry for your loss. There are few experiences more difficult than losing a loved one in death. As you cherish the many memories of your dear loved one, Laura, please reflect on the time when sickness, death and mourning will be no more. (Revelations 21:3,4) This is what our loving God Jehovah has promised and Jesus guaranteed the hope of seeing our loved ones again by means of the earthly resurrection. (John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15; Isaiah 26:19, Psalms 37:10,11) May God’s word bring you comfort during this difficult time and in the days ahead as we await the fulfillment of His promises.

I recently visited Nashville and stayed at Gaylord where I stayed with Laura for TSA twice. Everywhere I walked, I remembered Laura. And I remembered her joy in serving others through her dedication to TSA. Laura was so special. I know her family misses her but pray beautiful memories help them face each new day with the positive enthusiasm Laura always had for life. Laura lives in everyone who loved her on earth. God bless.
